You’ll be part of a team that ensures safety and quality standards are met and contribute to a team focused on collaboration and continuous improvement.    Schedule     Shift: 12-hour, 2-2-3 Nights, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.       Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized     We reward great work with:    Pay: $19-$21/hour + $1.50/hour night shift premium    Overtime: 1.5x pay for hours over 40 per week    401(k): Dollar-for-dollar match up to 8%    Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one    Paid time off and holidays    Growth and development opportunities       Job Description: Possibility Unpacked     What you’ll do:    Assist on production lines which could include printing presses, adhesive laminators or extrusion laminators. Ensure jobs are running in accordance with customer, manufacturing, and printing specifications.  Quality compliance of products including they are free of defects.
