Lead Full Stack Development- Vice President - Software Engineering Profile Description We’re seeking someone to join our FRPPE Tech team as a Lead Full Stack Development in UI, specializing in Angular as the primary skill, and React as a secondary skill. What you’ll do in the role: Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade reporting and analytics solutions as part of a greenfield project, driving the build vs. buy evaluation and multiple POCs. Architect and implement robust software systems using Java, Angular, and other modern technologies, ensuring best practices in SDLC, code quality, and performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define requirements, evaluate tools, and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals. Drive the adoption of GenAI, Copilot, and AI-driven development practices to enhance automation, reporting, and developer productivity, including design, code completion, review, and automated test case generation. Mentor and lead a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation. Manage stakeholder relationships, communicate project status, and proactively address risks and challenges. Promote agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable software delivery. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends and champion their adoption where relevant. What you’ll bring to the role: Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in full stack development, specializing in Angular as the primary skill, and React as a secondary skill. At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. Strong experience in UI/UX design, automated testing, and use of modern test tools and frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, etc.). Experience integrating with backend services (Java, Python, REST APIs) and building full stack solutions. Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and modern SDLC practices. Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-level applications, preferably in cloud environments. Proficiency in additional languages and frameworks (Java, Python, SQL, databases, etc.) and ability to quickly learn new tech stacks as needed. Demonstrated experience leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI-based tools for software development, automation, or reporting, including automated testing and code review. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams, and managing stakeholder relationships in a global environment. Mandatory: Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or related domains. Business acumen and ability to drive innovation and business impact through technology. Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks. Additional Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with Power BI, Apache Airflow, OLAP tools, and workflow automation. Experience with tool evaluation, POC delivery, and greenfield project leadership. Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering business impact through technology.
