The candidate will be expected to closely collaborate with teammates across the globe and ensure we are maximizing our Workday investment.   Position Details   Based on your extensive experience and cultivated skills, we will propose the most suitable position for you. In the future, we expect you to play a central role in the organization as a team leader, project manager, or an expert in a specific specialized field. Mandatory Qualifications:   - Extensive experience (at least 5 years is expected) in implementation and operation projects of Workday or global HR systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle) within a consulting firm or an in-house IT organization. Specifically, experience in taking a leading role in the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and stabilization. - A deep understanding of technical content from a business perspective, the ability to clearly communicate it to management and other departmental stakeholders, and high communication and facilitation skills to lead strategic discussions. - Business-level English proficiency and fluent Japanese language skills. Language proficiency that enables smooth communication in a global environment is essential. Desired Qualifications:   - Experience in project management or program management for large-scale projects. ‐ Experience in people management or team leadership.
