Dematic recherche un technicien hotline automatisme. We offer: Assurer le dépannage par hot-line chez les clients Acquisition des connaissances techniques des installations clients Maintien en disponibilité des outils de connexion clients Supports aux techniciens terrain et assistantes commerciales Identifier et analyser les dysfonctionnements, définir des actions correctives et suivre la mise en œuvre Effectuer une analyse précise et écrite des pannes impactant le process, et mettre en œuvre les moyens palliatifs Intervenir chez les clients (Maintenance préventive, corrective, SAV) Rédaction de rapports détaillés (technique, analyse, intervention) Appliquer les directives et processus du groupe Dematic dans sa fonction Déplacements 50% du temps sur toute la France. Astreintes à prévoir. Tasks and Qualifications: Qualifications and Requirements : Bac +2 Electrotechnique ou automatismes – Spécialisation ou expérience automatisme confirmée Technologie Siemens (Step7) obligatoire Technologie Schneider (PL7 Pro), Allen Bradley, Beckhoff souhaités Expérience confirmée sur systèmes et process industriels Disponibilité et flexibilité Personal Attributes Sens de l’organisation et rigueur dans le travail Bonne logique et capacités d’analyse Other Skills & Abilities: Anglais technique et conversationnel Maitrise des outils informatique Microsoft office Connaissances en informatique industrielle (C++, oracle, SQL…) seraient un plus Permis B indispensable
