In 2023, the entertainment -related businesses were reorganized and integrated to create greater synergy .   We are constantly "challenging" ourselves to create new value by fully leveraging Rakuten Group's assets and expertise .   　   Department Overview   Rakuten Ticket is Rakuten Group's ticket sales service, handling tickets for various events.   We deal with a wide range of genres, including music, theater/stage performances, sports, and leisure facilities.   We also provide ticket sales management systems to promoters and plan our own hosted events.   As a core business within the Entertainment Contents Business, our mission is to enhance the value of the entire Rakuten Group. This is an attractive position where you can challenge yourself to create new value in collaboration with other Rakuten services.   The Ticket Sales Department, Professional Sports Group handles tickets for various professional sports teams, including the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles and Vissel Kobe.   The Kobe team is primarily involved in all aspects of ticket sales operations for the Vissel Kobe , from general ticket sales to game-day support.     Position:   Why We Hire   We are looking for a new team member to join the aforementioned Kobe team to empower even more customers and grow as a larger organization.   　   Position Details   You will be responsible for all aspects of ticket sales operations for Vissel Kobe's home games. Our primary client is Rakuten Vissel Kobe Co., Ltd. You will be expected to propose and promote various marketing and sales initiatives, keeping in mind the perspectives of both the client and the ticket purchasers, with the aim of maximizing attendance.     Main Responsibilities   - Ticket registration, creation, ticketing, sales status confirmation, and analysis using the ticket sales management system. This includes related tasks such as entrance gate management, newsletter distribution, settlement, and refund processing.   - On Vissel Kobe home game days, you will be responsible for customer service at Noevir Stadium Kobe, including operating information booths and handling ticket inquiries and distribution for stakeholders.   - Collaboration and meetings with other departments within the Rakuten Group, internal staff, system development departments, etc.   - Other client-related tasks (sales adjustments, registration through settlement).     Work Schedule   Work will be required on weekends and holidays for Vissel Kobe home games. A compensatory day off will be granted on the business day following a home game. Your work schedule will generally follow a calendar linked to Vissel Kobe's operating days.   　   Work Environment   There are about 50 members in the ticketing business, and the Kobe team consists of 5 members ( 3:2 male to female ratio).   Most of them are mid-career hires, and although most of them have experience in the entertainment business industry, including other companies in the same industry, many of them are interested in the ticket business from other industries and have experience in marketing, new business planning, and system development sales.   　   Mandatory Qualifications :   - Skill in creating documents using various Microsoft products    - Japanese language skills above daily conversation level     　   Desired Qualifications :   - Experience in event management    - Experience in the entertainment business industry    - Experience in ticket management related to ticket sales    - Experience in system sales such as SaaS for corporate clients     As a member of Rakuten Group, we welcome those who have flexible and active ideas and can run on their own, including business development with a view to collaborating with other services.
