KONE is looking for a Bulgarian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Customer Care team in Bucharest. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a dynamic international company, this is the role for you. Your role at KONE Emergency support (Callout): Handle urgent calls and dispatch technicians with all necessary details. Communicate clearly and empathetically with passengers stuck in elevators. Provide guidance and reassurance in emergency situations. Customer requests (Inbound): Respond to customer calls and messages within SLA. Resolve inquiries, log complaints, and update customer information. Escalate complex cases to the right KONE teams.
