Job Description: Department Overview The Group Marketing Department, as a cross-company marketing organization, promotes the efficiency and optimization of group-wide marketing through "strengthening compliance governance," "acquiring new users," and "improving retention and engagement of existing users. The organization has specialized teams in the areas of advertising and marketing, including Online Ad, SNS, SEO, CRM, and TV commercials. These teams participate in projects for various businesses and support the marketing of the businesses with their expertise. The organization is also responsible for the development and operation of management systems to ensure that marketing activities are operated appropriately and safely throughout the Rakuten Group. The following are the specific duties that can be expected. - Propose, execute, and horizontally deploy marketing activities utilizing SNS to businesses. - Provide consulting and support for digital marketing (search, display, social, video, etc.) for Rakuten Group businesses. - Management of partner companies such as agencies and media. - Develop and implement strategies and measures to enhance Rakuten ID-based membership for domestic and international services. - Planning, implementation, and structuring of group-wide marketing standards and rules. - Communicate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, development, and quality control departments of each business.
