Job Description: Department Overview The Corporate IT Service Department is recruiting system design/architect engineers to lead the introduction of AI solutions and the development of AI agents. To improve operational efficiency across the entire Rakuten Group, we provide various IT solutions, centered on AI technology, as platform services to Rakuten Group companies.   Our mission is to deliver high-quality technical solutions for business users by rapidly adopting cutting-edge AI technologies and Microsoft ecosystem innovations. For business user solutions, we primarily promote No-Code/Low-Code platforms to drive efficiency and productivity. At the same time, we also explore AI-assisted application development and Pro-Code solutions for advanced AI agent development, enabling enterprise-scale AI adoption and integration. Position: Position Details AI Platform Design and Architecture Construction - Design and expansion of Multi-Agent Orchestration. - Design of AI x RPA integrated infrastructure. AI Product Integration - Design of AI agent integration with internal business systems. - Design of AI agent integration with external AI services (SaaS solutions). - Catching up with the latest technologies and new features of Microsoft products, as well as designing PoC plans. - Comparison with solutions other than Microsoft products, PoC plan design. Governance and Security Enhancement - Formulation of AI usage policies. - Design and standardization of data integration policies. Development Process Standardization - Formulation of standard processes for AI agent development. - Formulation of best practices for AI agent development. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Promotion of AI agent integration across multiple departments. 　 Work Environment Number of colleagues: Approximately 30-40, including overseas locations Work atmosphere: The workplace is bright and friendly. Development environment : Microsoft365 Copilot, Power Platform,  Copilot Studio, MS Foundry, MS Fabric, RPA(BluePrism) Mandatory Qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem (M365 Copilot, Azure, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Entra ID, etc.) - Proven experience in AI solution architecture (LLM, Multi-Agent systems, RAG, etc.) - Practical experience in MCP Server design and construction - Practical experience in A2A integration with external AI services (SaaS solutions) - Knowledge of security and governance - Knowledge of AI agent development standards Desired Qualifications: - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Foundry for enterprise AI/data solutions - Practical experience with RPA (Blueprism) - Practical experience in business process improvement and BPR - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) - Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards - Experience in implementing MLOps/DevOps pipelines - Smooth written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English Other Information: Additional information on Location 1-14-1 Setagaya-ku, Futako-Tamagawa, Tokyo *Attendance at the office is required 4 days a week.
