Job Description: Business Overview Our mission is to envision the ideal state of Rakuten's logistics, encompassing the entire supply chain from product inbound to end-user delivery. We aim to build the next-generation EC infrastructure by collaborating with strategic and development departments to plan and execute initiatives. In July 2021, Rakuten Group, Inc. and Japan Post Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Japan Post Holdings Co., Ltd., will establish a new company, " JP Rakuten Logistics, Inc." Department Overview The Business Management Group is primarily responsible for the development and management of management accounting and KPIs, which serve as the foundation for supporting business growth. Furthermore, depending on your motivation and capabilities, we would like to entrust you with promoting collaboration and project management for the construction of logistics hubs and networks. Position Details Main Responsibilities You will be responsible for management accounting operations within the EC logistics service. - Develop business budgets - Manage fixed assets - Conduct budget-versus-actual analysis and analyze variance/fluctuation factors - Propose and implement improvement measures based on analysis results - Manage KPIs (using BI tools) Within the team, we also handle internal control and subsidiary management operations.
