This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs. What you’ll do in the role: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software solutions for reporting and analytics using Java, Angular, and other modern technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business needs. Leverage GenAI, Copilot, and AI-driven development practices to enhance automation, reporting capabilities, design, code completion, review, and automated test case generation. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, following best practices in SDLC, code reviews, and automated testing. Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain applications for performance, reliability, and security. Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Participate in agile ceremonies, continuous improvement initiatives, and foster a culture of innovation and learning. What you’ll bring to the role: 3–8 years of hands-on experience in full stack software development (Java, Angular, and related technologies). Demonstrated experience in leveraging GenAI, Copilot, or AI-based tools for software development, automation, or reporting, including automated testing and code review. Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and modern SDLC practices. Proficiency in additional languages and frameworks (Python, SQL, databases, etc.) and willingness to learn new tech stacks as needed. Experience with cloud platforms, data engineering, or reporting solutions is a plus. software development, automation, or reporting, including automated testing and code review. Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks Additional Skills (Good to Have): Familiarity with Power BI, Apache Airflow, OLAP tools, and workflow automation. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong team player, dynamic, flexible, and eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in finance, investment banking, or related domains is a plus.
