Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with regional and country-specific complaint handling processes for all Alcon products, including intake, follow-up, and triage of quality/technical complaints and Adverse Events (AEs), in accordance with local and international regulations, guidelines, and applicable directives. Receive initial complaints from any source (e.g., ECPs, patients, internal Alcon personnel) and ensure all information/data is accurately captured at the point of contact. Maintain a clear understanding of the information and data required for technical and AE complaints to ensure regulatory compliance. Manage technical and AE complaint records for assigned areas using designated safety systems. Review potential complaint data received via safety systems and other sources as required. Perform intake, follow-up, and data entry activities, and attach corresponding source documents in a timely manner as per regulatory and procedural requirements. Conduct all necessary reconciliation activities, including those related to customer-oriented programs, in accordance with established procedures. Adhere to required metrics for all complaint intake responsibilities. Coordinate product returns, and sample shipments to the QA team for analysis. Close complaint files in accordance with established guidelines and within required timelines. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Quality and timeliness of KPI reporting and customer responses. Compliance with complaint and AE intake reporting requirements. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE COMPANY: Requirements Tertiary qualification in Optometry, Biomedical Science, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Nursing, or other healthcare-related disciplines. Languages Fluent in English (spoken and written). Fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written) is an advantage.
