We are thrilled to share an exciting opportunity in KONE for a Supply Specialist position, based either in Italy (Pero) or Finland (Hyvinkää). Your expertise and background would be a valuable addition to our team, and we believe you would thrive in this dynamic, international environment. In this role, you will join Area Supply teams for Europe and the rest of the world, supporting projects with design and deliveries from the KONE Supply Chain in Europe. As a member of the supply management team, you will plan, direct, and coordinate activities of supply projects and solutions, ensuring that our overall KONE Project objectives are accomplished. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure deliverables are timely, profitable, of high quality, and aligned with customer expectations. Your collaborative and customer-focused approach, especially when working with our sales companies, will be key to successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Support projects with design and deliveries from the KONE supply chain in Europe. - Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of supply projects and solutions. - Ensure project deliverables meet deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations. - Collaborate with sales companies to foster a customer-oriented approach. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or a relevant field. - Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-cultural skills. - Experience in a similar organization is a benefit. - Customer-focused mindset. - Willingness and ability to take responsibility, solve problems, and make decisions. - Drive and persistence to achieve set goals. - Negotiation and presentation skills are an asset. - Good IT skills, including MS Office tools; SAP knowledge is a plus. - Proficiency in spoken and written English; other languages are an advantage. - Flexibility in working hours due to time differences in global project functions.
