Job Description: Business Overview The Technology Management Division (TMD) provides Corporate IT, and Cyber Security & Privacy Governance to Rakuten Group companies and essential business management for technology organizations, thereby enabling innovation and strengthening the technology foundation. Within TMD, the Technology Management Services Supervisory Department (TMSSD) plays a vital role in CIO Governance, IT financial management, IT procurement, Quality Management System (QMS), technology-related public relations, and human resources strategy. By promoting efficiency, quality, risk management, and organizational strength, we ensure that Tech Divisions remain agile and at the forefront of technological advancement. Department Overview The IT Strategy Department (ITSD) is responsible for formulating and executing Rakuten Group's overarching IT strategy. ITSD's core mission is to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services, optimize customer satisfaction, and effectively manage strategically important initiatives. The department is structured into four key units: the CIO Office, IT governance, Quality Management, and Tech PR ITSD's responsibilities encompass the oversight of group-wide and tech community wide initiatives. Position: Why We Hire We are seeking project managers with specialized knowledge and experience to strengthen IT-BCP compliance, and improve operations. 　 Position Details As the lead of the Technology Management Division's IT-BCP project, project manager is responsible for the establishment, evaluation, and improvement of IT-BCP. Responsibilities - Plan, execute, and monitor in IT-BCP-compatible projects - Improving IT-BCP Framework and Operations IT-BCP - Management of project team - Oversee the development and implementation of IT-BCP policies, procedures, standards, and promote compliance - Ensuring the integrity and efficiency of IT-BCP through cooperation with other departments - Increasing awareness and education within organizations regarding IT-BCP compliance Mandatory Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in IT-BCP-enabled projects - 3+ years of project management experience - Native Level Japanese language ability - Business Level English (TOEIC 800 or above) - Strong teamwork capability in a diverse team environment - Deep understanding of IT-BCP frameworks and IT-BCP regulatory requirements - excellent consultation, problem solving, communication, interpersonal skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Strong ownership and sense of responsibility Desired Qualifications: - Experience in developing and implementing IT-BCP frameworks - Experience in leading IT-BCP-compatible projects - Diverse work experience and ability to work well in a team environment - Experience in risk management - Have a certification related to BCP, such as BCI, IRCA, DRII, BCAO, RMCA   #corporate #strategyplanning #technologymanagementdiv Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
