■職務内容： 眼科領域のリーディングカンパニーである同社のフィールドサービスエンジニアとして下記業務をご担当いただきます。 ・眼科医療機器の点検、修理、メンテナンス業務（得意先、及び社内） ※設置時の点検、定期点検、クライアント依頼に基づく点検 ・保守契約の締結業務　※近年注力中です。 約3ヶ月間のトレーニングを受けていただいた後、配属となります。 【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】 ■働き方： 眼科領域は夜の手術や緊急手術がほぼないため、時間外の急な呼び出し等も少ないです。夜間、休日対応もほぼありません。お客様からの問い合わせはコールセンターが一次受けを行っています。 ■エリア： 全国を５つのエリアに分けて各エリア１０名程度のエンジニアで対応しています。各エリアごとにマネージャーがおり、エンジニアをサポートします。 ■育成体制： 技術部に配属され、2～3ヶ月の研修を受けて頂きますのでご安心ください。その後も追加トレーニングやOJT形式でキャッチアップをいただけます。過去にも業界未経験者が多く入社／活躍しておりますのでご安心ください。 ■身につくスキル 製品ラインナップも豊富で幅広いスキルが身につきます。 国内初承認の白内障手術用レーザー手術装置、硝子体手術用機器をはじめとした眼科医療に関する機器を幅広く扱っています。    ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
