What You’ll Do : As part of the Manufacturing Quality Assurance team, you will: Conduct complaint and failure investigations following Corporate and site procedures. Review and approve customer complaint reports (as required). Collaborate across departments to generate technical investigation reports in response to customer complaints. Monitor complaint trends and provide feedback on the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Support the Field Action Assessment (FAA) process. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and report any HSE concerns. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Experience in sample inspection, failure investigation, and complaint handling. Laboratory experience in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment. A proactive approach and strong communication skills. Familiarity with medical device or pharmaceutical standards is a plus.
