You will lead: Sales Strategy & Market Leadership Analyse competition, market shifts and emerging opportunities. Oversee and influence national budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting Strengthen KONE’s market share through strategic planning and execution. Sales Transformation Play a central role in transformation initiatives. Ensure sales fundamentals, processes and competencies are aligned nationally. Integrate and champion new technologies into sales practices. Direct Sales Influence Maintain and develop strategic C‑level relationships as a Key Account Manager. Support major project win plans and drive national sales incentive programs. Lead national Sales Community activities and share best practices across regions. You bring: Strong sales leadership experience (service, solutions or technical environments ideal). Strategic thinking and a strong background in value based sales management Proven ability to lead people through change. Deep understanding of the sales cycle, funnel management, negotiation and customer strategies.
