Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi'ndeki servis operasyonlarımızı yürütmek üzere Servis Uzmanı arıyoruz. Bu pozisyon Akdeniz & Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölge Müdürü'ne raporlayacaktır. Temel görevi, saha eğitimleri ve güvenliği de dahil olmak üzere saha personelinin günlük yönetimini ve eğitimini sağlamaktır. Aynı zamanda operasyonel süreçlerde liderlik edecek ve müşteri memnuniyeti sağlayacaktır. Temel Sorumluluklar Asansör ve yürüyen merdivenlerin periyodik bakım programının rotalara göre yapıldığını takip ve kontrol etmek. Bölgenizdeki saha ekiplerinin güvenliğini, hizmet kalitesini ve iş sürekliğini sağlamak. Bakım,onarım,arıza ile ilgili hizmetlerimiz hakkında müşteri ziyaretleri gerçekleştirerek yapılan işlerin müşteri beklentilerini ve şirket standartlarını karşıladığından emin olmak. Saha ekipleri için gerekli teknik eğitimleri planlamak ve organize etmek. İş gücü ve malzeme planlaması yaparak etkin kaynak yönetimi sağlamak. Çalışma planlarını düzenli olarak gözden geçirerek verimliliği artırmak. Gerektiğinde Servis Satış ekibine teklif hazırlıklarında teknik destek vermek. Servis bakım siparişlerinin takibini yaparak süreçlerin doğru ve zamanında ilerlemesini sağlamak. Operasyonel süreçlerde iyileştirme fırsatları bularak değişimi yönlendirmek. Nitelikler Üniversitelerin ilgili mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun olmak. Tercihen asansör sektöründe olmak üzere en az 3 yıl deneyim sahibi olmak. Saha ekiplerinin yönetimi konusunda tecrübeli olmak. Dijital uygulamalarla ekip ve ürün yönetimi konusunda deneyimli olmak. Güçlü iletişim becerilerine sahip, ekip çalışmasına yatkın ve çözüm odaklı olmak. Dinamik bir kurumsal yapıda çalışabilecek esneklik ve sorumluluk bilincine sahip olmak. Bilgisayar kullanabilmek; veri analitiği konusunda yetkin olmak. Seyahat engeli olmayan.
