We’re looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist to support our Cataract and Refractive Surgical Device portfolio across the entire territory of Ukraine . In this field-based role, you’ll be the trusted expert guiding surgeons and OR staff in the safe and effective use of Alcon’s cutting-edge technologies. What You’ll Do Deliver technical and clinical training to surgeons and OR teams on Alcon’s surgical devices Provide on-site and remote support, ensuring optimal outcomes and compliance with approved usage Implement equipment and software upgrades at clinical sites Document site visits and training activities using our CRM system within 48 hours Collaborate with Field Service Engineers and Sales teams to coordinate installations and ongoing support Participate in congresses, wet-labs, and medical events to represent Alcon and support clinical education Report adverse events and device issues in line with medical safety protocols What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field preferred) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in clinical support or medical device sales Experience in the sale of medical equipment, particularly in ophthalmology, will be a strong plus Fluent in Ukrainian and English (Upper Intermediate or higher) Readiness for frequent business trips — about 70% of working time Coverage area: the entire territory of Ukraine Preferred place of residence: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, or Odesa Why You’ll Thrive at Alcon Work with world-class technology that transforms lives Enjoy autonomy and variety in a field-based role with a high level of responsibility Join a collaborative, mission-driven team that values your expertise See your impact at alcon.com/careers    ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
