We’re seeking someone to join our team as a E-FX Sales Associate. In the Fixed Income division, we work in fast-paced and constantly changing global markets to assess and manage risk, trade securities, manage relationships with clients, and structure and execute innovative transactions. What you’ll do in the role: Play an active role in expanding Morgan Stanley’s electronic FX initiatives with the focus on Hong Kong & Greater China clients Proactively identify client opportunities, works collaboratively with regional trading and sales team Provide innovative insights that translates client, product and market gaps into scalable solutions and opportunities Functional experience of the FX trade lifecycle from beginning to end and exercise good judgment in risk management and control. Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite. Cross-sell Morgan Stanley’s proprietary FX analytic tool and be a strong liaison across business functions to drive the sustainable growth of the FX franchise Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Morgan Stanley’s electronic FX trading platform “Matrix” and other 3rd party multi-dealer platforms Market Morgan Stanley’s algorithmic trading platform & monitor intraday activity Manage FX vendor relationships, stay abreast of technology trends and market evolution. What you’ll bring to the role: Based in Hong Kong Strong English and Mandarin/ Cantonese oral and written communication skills Comprehensive knowledge of FX products (spot, forward and swaps) and Greater China markets Entrepreneurial, organized, driven, detail and data oriented.
