You will be part of a dynamic team where your individual contribution will be highly valued. IN THIS ROLE, A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE: Building and curating datasets from internal and external sources to support strategic decision-making. Analyzing sales and purchase patterns across markets and channels. Exploring price and sales correlations , including sell-out price dynamics and elasticity. Designing Tableau dashboards, machine learning algorithms and agentic AI frameworks to automate and enhance data analysis workflows Visualizing insights and presenting findings to cross-functional stakeholders. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Python, R, Excel, or Tableau. Familiarity with AI concepts , especially agentic AI or autonomous agents, is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent communication skills in English ; other languages are a plus.
