En tant qu' INGENIEUR TECHNICO-COMMERCIAL IOLs soutenant La FRANCHISE CHIRURGIE, vous serez chargé(e) de travailler sur le DEVELOPPEMENT de l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits et services Technologies Avancées (AT) : dispositifs implantables et services de la gamme AT. Vous aurez à cœur de mettre à profit votre expertise technico-commerciale au travers des phases avant-vente (présentations -commerciales, démonstrations, essais). Le secteur est le suivant : 18, 23, 36, 37, 41, 45, 72, 86, 87 Dans ce rôle, une journée type comprendra les éléments suivants : • Assurer la promotion de l’ensemble de la gamme implants (IOL). • Mettre en œuvre des plans de développement des comptes IOL, en lien avec la politique commerciale, notamment ceux à dominante AT. • Présenter les bénéfices des innovations AT et de la gamme complète IOL Alcon. • Démontrer les avantages économiques et cliniques de la mise en œuvre de la technologie AT au sein des établissements. • Conseiller les établissements publics et privés dans le but de faire croître leur activité AT. • Évaluer l’activité des clients afin de fournir des conseils personnalisés, de la formation et des outils pour améliorer l'expérience globale du patient et développer davantage les activités AT. • Promouvoir les produits AT Alcon d’un point de vue clinique et en termes de valeur ajoutée. • Assurer un excellent niveau technique au bloc opératoire afin de promouvoir l’utilisation des produits AT d’Alcon. • Collaborer avec les ingénieurs d’application clinique (CAS) afin d’atteindre l’excellence dans la formation clinique des clients. CE QUE VOUS APPORTEREZ À ALCON : • Bac+2 minimum en commerce, marketing ou sciences. • Expérience commerciale de 3 à 5 ans dans le dispositif médical (de préférence en ophtalmologie/optométrie). • Forte orientation client et patient. • Maîtrise de Salesforce. • Anglais niveau B2.
