Nous favorisons une culture inclusive, et recherchons des profils diversifiés afin de rejoindre nos équipes Responsable Ressources Humaines (H/F) Département : Ressources Humaines Rattachement : Directeur des Ressources Humaines Localisation : France – Rueil-Malmaison En tant que Responsable Ressources Humaines, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les managers et les collaborateurs afin d’assurer une exécution optimale des programmes RH et une expérience collaborateur de qualité. Vous serez responsable du déploiement des initiatives liées à la gestion de la performance, au développement des talents et à l’engagement, tout en incarnant les valeurs d’Alcon. Missions principales Déployer les programmes RH globaux, régionaux et locaux (performance, rémunération, talents, culture & engagement). Coacher et accompagner les managers sur leurs problématiques RH (gestion du changement, développement des carrières, droit du travail, réorganisations). Garantir la mise en œuvre des process RH (revues de talents, enquêtes d’engagement, programmes de reconnaissance, intégration). Construire des plans de succession de qualité et promouvoir la diversité. Collaborer avec les centres de services partagés (recrutement, paie, administration du personnel) et l’équipe relations sociales. Participer à des projets RH internationaux et mettre à profit les outils analytiques pour améliorer la gestion des équipes. Indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) Suivi des KPI RH et budgétaires. Respect de la réglementation et anticipation des évolutions. Pertinence des recommandations et accompagnement des managers. Contribution à la culture et à la réputation d’Alcon. Profil recherché Formation : Bac+5 (école de commerce ou université), spécialisation RH ou droit social. Expérience : minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans un contexte international et matriciel. Langues : Anglais courant impératif. Savoir être Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration. Capacité à convaincre et à se positionner en business partner. Adaptabilité et gestion des priorités.
