Currently, he is key role in Planning and Sourcing Team and taking care of overall subcontracting services including sourcing of new suppliers, managing tender process, evaluating and negotiating offer and conducting contract management with internal stakeholders On a typical day you will:  Source and perform supplier pre-evaluation by conducting compliance check and interviews Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to collect sourcing demand and planning Perform planning and sourcing duties including managing tender and evaluating offers, comparing price and analysis, negotiating effective price and conducting contract management Manage supplier performance and relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with contractual obligations Analyze the cost and develop appropriate strategies with stakeholders Participate in Supply Chain duties as assigned What You Will Need to be Successful:  Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines At least 5 years’ experience on supply chain aspects, especially on tender process management Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese Good communication, organizational and analytical skills Proficiency in MS Office. Familiar with Oracle system is preferred Able to work independently in a fast-paced.
