Job Description: Business Overview AI & Data Division lead to develop service platforms and products utilizing Rakuten group data and provide AI & Data consulting services to contribute to strengthen each business utilization. We are also leading companywide mid-long term AI & Data strategy development and execution. Department Overview AI & Data Division General Management Office is horizontal organization to manage overall division’s various topics such as division managed services, financial budget and operation, division events, HR and so forth. We’re conducting strategy planning and operating division wide topics in order to contribute to division’s mission. Position: Why We Hire We’re driving the AI & Data utilized projects and seeking members who can demonstrate ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently and to provide administrative support to our leaderships and related stakeholders. Position Details - Support and take lead of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation - Monitor and report project progress and status - Identify and propose solutions for risks and opportunities - Communicate and coordinate with project teams including external parties - Prepare and organize a filling system for important and confidential project-related documentation - Collect, analyze, and report project data - Reporting and presenting the progress to CEO, directors and general managers class Work Environment AI & Data Division General Management Office is totally 25 members in Japan and India Mandatory Qualifications: - Work experience as an administrative officer for more than 5 years - Experience in project management (planning, executing, monitoring, closing) more than 3 years - Strong communication, collaboration, and coordination skills - Risk management and problem-solving abilities - Microsoft Office （Powerpoint, Words, Excel etc.） Advanced Level - Experience with project management tools more than 3 years (Confluence, JIRA, etc.) - Team player and effective communicator - Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese Desired Qualifications: - Business-level fluency in English - Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)   Additional information on English Qualification TOEIC 800 or above #business #HR #GA #CorporateCommunications # aianddatadiv Languages: English (Overall - 3 - Advanced), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
