Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Wachstums- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Kundenkonten. Koordination: Mit internen Teams koordinieren, um eine zeitgerechte und effektive Erbringung von Dienstleistungen sicherzustellen. Überwachen von Kontoaktivitäten und Rückmeldungen der Kunden, um das Dienstleistungsangebot zu verbessern. Administrative Aufgaben: Führen von genauen Aufzeichnungen über Kundeninteraktionen und -transaktionen. Regelmäßige Berichte über den Status und die Aktivitäten der Konten vorbereiten. Qualifikationen: Beherrschung von Englisch, Französisch, Deutsch und idealerweise Italienisch ist erforderlich. Vorerfahrungen im Account Management oder Vertriebsunterstützung sind von Vorteil.
