As our Lead Business Analyst you will be embedded within the software delivery teams elaborating new work, populating the product / service backlog, advising and enabling the Product Owner.  Key Responsibilities: You proactively identify stakeholders, build and manage relationships, and support the priorities of the delivery team You build strong relationships with the user community, and build understanding of the drivers behind their requirements You work with stakeholders to elicit, capture and elaborate their requirements, documenting them to a level which enables effective delivery of required outcomes without prescribing the solution(s) You act as the liaison between the solution delivery team and their customers in the development and implementation of new solutions, and/or enhancing of existing solutions to meet business needs What we're looking for: An experienced business analyst who can integrate into a multi-functional agile delivery team, enabling delivery excellence with a strong focus on realising value for our customers An effective communicator, who can represent their team in engagements with customers and wider stakeholders, build effective relationships and translate needs into actionable requirements A systems thinker, who can contribute to shaping the project lifecycle from inception to completion, incorporating systems thinking and best-practice approaches into the design and planning of complex projects Security clearance: You must currently hold the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
