Job Description: General Description: Sr. Specialist ~ Associate Manager, Market access will be responsible for supporting or leading (depending on the seniority level) development and execution of market access strategy to ensure patient access to BeOne Medicine’s products in Korea Essential Functions of the job: • (Associate manager) Lead developing and executing market access initiatives & strategies for the products by demonstrating its clinical, economic, and societal value using a deep knowledge of the local environment. (Sr. specialist) Support development and execution of market access initiatives & strategies. • Customize global value dossier and value message to local needs and develop local pricing and reimbursement dossier in time. • Collaborate with HEOR for development and adaptation of health economic models, cost, and outcomes studies, with good understanding and interpretation of such data. • Work with global/regional market access and HEOR to ensure local requirements are reflected effectively in their plan and local plan is aligned with company direction. • Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from Marketing and Medical to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions and ensure the collection and analysis of useful observational or market research data. • (Associate manager) Assist manager to develop and execute Access Stakeholders Management Plan. • (Sr. specialist) Support execution of access stakeholder management activities. • Support early planning for pipeline with regards to evaluation trends in access process, endpoints and stakeholders to inform launch readiness. • Monitor and communicate relevant changes and trends in local health policy environment and patient access activities of competitors to the cross-functional team. • Ensure that all activities related to your job comply with the applicable external and internal regulations (policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and code of conduct). Qualification Required: Education Required: Bachelor’s degree. Degrees in pharmacy or health science related field is preferred. Qualifications: • (Associate manager) Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with minimum 2 years of experiences in market access • (Sr. Specialist) Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry with minimum 2 years of experiences in market access • Demonstrate deep scientific knowledge capacity with good technical skills and knowledge on HE modeling, statistics, dossier & technical report development (higher competency required for Associate manager) • Good knowledge of the healthcare system/policies and drug pricing and reimbursement procedure • Proven track record of working in oncology or/and specialized products • Holistic and strategic vision • Demonstrated ability to communicate information effectively to a variety of stakeholders • Persuasive communication with high presentation skills • Languages: Fluent English Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A - Individual contributor role Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel modeling), ERP (SAP preferred).
