We are seeking a dedicated Processing Agent – Billing with French language  (+ Dutch language) to support KONE branches. As a Processing Agent , you will work closely with your colleagues abroad, helping them to administratively support the billing process . In this way you can have a great impact on the quality of our KONE brand and processes in front of our customers and thus help to improve the flow of urban life in the world. What would be your daily responsibilities? Creating customer accounts and responding to internal requests Supporting billing / invoicing processes to ensure end-to-end accuracy Administering and modifying relevant contracts related to billing  (in SAP) Managing master data and analyzing potential errors (in MS Excel) Providing back-reporting and quality checks Attending meetings and calls, teamwork Strong communication skills required, or willingness to actively improve them Daily communication with KONE stakeholders in an international environment Your skills and qualifications: Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas. Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Motivation to learn and grow within data-driven and dynamic environment. Attention to detail and affinity for working with data. Aspiration to learn and develop. Team player with ability to work autonomously. Fluency in English and French is essential; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage. Experience with MS Office, particularly with MS Excel.
