Job Description: Business Overview The Rakuten Group, based in Japan, serves approximately 100 million customers domestically and over 1 billion customers globally, providing over 70 services in various fields such as e-commerce, payment services, financial services, telecommunications, media, and sports. The Golf Business belongs to the same commerce and marketing company as Rakuten Ichiba and Rakuten Travel, and operates the largest domestic golf course reservation site, "Rakuten GORA". Currently, we are diversifying our business to include not only reservation services but also B2C/B2B businesses. Department Overview The Golf Business operates the largest domestic golf course reservation site, ''Rakuten GORA", as its main business. Over the past few years, we have been expanding various services in both B2C and B2B sectors, building on the foundation of our golf course reservation business. The Sales Department plays a role in consulting and launching new services to expand customer acquisition for golf courses and other clients. The Overseas Sales Group collaborates with oversea partner companies to develop outbound (booking of overseas golf courses) and inbound (booking of Japanese golf courses by overseas users) businesses. This is a field that is expected to continue growing along with the recovery of demand for overseas travel after the COVID-19 pandemic. The demand for golf among Korean golfers outside of their country is rapidly growing, and the market is expanding. Your main mission will be to work with our Korean partner companies to capture the rapidly growing market demand and foster business growth through communication with users.
