Koordinator für öffentliche Ausschreibungen (m/w/d) Standort: HQ Berlin Termin: ab sofort IHRE NEUE ROLLE BEI UNS Recherche nach öffentlichen Ausschreibungen auf diversen Plattformen Einholung der Ausschreibungsunterlagen Koordination der Ausschreibungen innerhalb der Organisation Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung und -verfolgung im Bereich Neuanlage und Komplettaustausch Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Vertragsmanagement zur korrekten Systemerfassung und buchungsfähigen Auftragsmeldung im Auftragsfall Bindeglied und Koordinator zwischen der Bearbeitung in den Niederlassungen und der zentralen Bearbeitung von öffentlichen Ausschreibungen Erfüllung von Zielvorgaben in der Angebotslegung und im Zugewinn von Aufzugsanlagen (sowohl in Stückzahl, als auch in Euro) IHRE TALENTE ZUM ERFOLG Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit Des Weiteren überzeugen Sie durch ein gutes technisches Verständnis (Ausschreibungen, technische Zeichnungen, etc.) Idealerweise konnten Sie erste Erfahrungen in der Planung von Fördertechnik und im Projektmanagement sammeln Im Umgang mit Angebotssoftware fühlen Sie sich sicher Ihre strukturierte, organisierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus Darüber hinaus bringen Sie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse mit UNSER VERSPRECHEN AN SIE Sie erhalten ein Arbeitsverhältnis beim Weltmarktführer in einer krisensicheren Branche Wir bieten Ihnen eine tarifliche Vergütung gemäß des Metalltarifvertrages inkl.
