Our operations in over 60 countries around the world has helped us achieve our position as   an   innovation and sustainability   leader with repeated recognitions by   Forbes , Corporate Knights for clean capitalism and others.       Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and   assist   the   local   branch   as a Collections Associate   for KONE Albany, NY ?    Following a period of 100% in-office training at our Albany branch, this role will have the ability to transition to a hybrid schedule of three days in-office, two days from home.     Do   you   have a background in   successfully handling a   collections   dispute process   from   beginning to end?   Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals?    Have you   developed   a   proficiency   with office management tools   (e.g.   Excel, SAP   Microsoft   Office Suite ,   etc. ?)   Do you have   the   tenacity   and perseverance   to see   an objective   throug h to completion ?   Have you been successful in documenting   status updates/details to present to stakeholders?       If you answered a resounding YES to these questions, then we have an amazing opportunity for you!           As our Collections Associate ,   you   will   perform   a variety of   credit   collection   tasks related to   our   branch   operations   i ncluding   initial contact with customer,   request action/follow-up appropriately ,   and   record disputes .   Disputes are   facilitated   by you as you   coordinate   with the   appropriate parties .      You will bring  5 + years of relevant  B2B Collections   expertise   and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field .   You will use the knowledge gained when obtaining your  associates’  degree   in   a   related field   or   an   additional   10 +   years of experienc e.   Proficiency   in SAP/Excel /GAP   is required to   be successful in this rol e .        At KONE, we foster an innovative and collaborative culture, valuing   each individual's   contribution.
