Hewlett Packard Enterprise Global Procurement (GP) is responsible for establishing the policies, processes, governance, and infrastructure for the purchase of all Hewlett Packard Enterprise nonproduction goods and services, including those for internal consumption and resale business. GP is accountable for the development of Hewlett Packard Enterprise supplier strategies that optimize cost, leverage total spend, maximize purchasing power, and minimize risk. Responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating Projects & Initiatives supporting our stakeholders (Pan Global Procurement and HPE.), including M&A Integrations. Partners with stakeholders to identify/implement opportunities for business process improvement. Assist in advancing category strategies through insights and capabilities. This role partners with all Procurement support functions (Procurement Operations, Business Insights, and OLAA Solutions) soliciting best practice information to develop best in class capabilities in supplier relationship management and category management. This role will also collaborate with the internal and external stakeholders to optimize procurement infrastructure, processes, and procedures.  Responsibilities:  •    Supports and executes a broad range of complex procurement processes. •    Lead M&A activities as a Workstream lead on behalf of Global Procurement. Through Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, develop, plan, and drive strategy for procurement functions related to M&A •    Identifies opportunities for process improvement, develops recommendations, and converts recommendations into projects/initiative •    Independently executes cross-functional programs and projects. •    Integrate and fully leverage current and new best-in-class technologies to simplify procurement processes and data analytic capabilities.   Education and Experience Required:   •    First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. •    Typically, 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or other relevant work. Knowledge and Skills:     Communication and influencing skills; mastery in English and local language Project management skills, with the capability to manage cross-functional teams in multiple geographies that impact the organization. Internal and external relationship management skills Knowledge and understanding of how to analyze business problems using Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), statistical analysis, and financial modeling. Business acumen and technical knowledge within the area of responsibility. Understanding of the company's overall business strategy. Excellent leadership skills, including team building and conflict resolution and management. Advanced understanding in developing and managing compliance programs.
