Essential Responsibilities During this 5–7-month training program, you will have the opportunity to work our Sales Leadership Team, exploring and learning key departments including Service, Modernization, and Business Development. You will get first-hand experiences shadowing mechanics, engaging in customer meetings, and developing your sales skills in this unique program. At the end of the program, you will present an area of opportunity to provide customer & sales excellence to leadership and transition to an official Sales or Account Manager role within Otis. Education / Certifications A Bachelor’s degree is required Basic Qualifications 1-3 years customer-facing or sales experience required Ability to work in a highly team-oriented and dynamic environment Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities Successful candidate should be very comfortable in a technical environment utilizing Microsoft based computer software Outstanding sales/negotiation skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills Successful candidates must be willing and flexible to relocate to another Otis Canada OT if needed.
