Job Description: Job Family Definition: Drives the implementation of best in class financial systems providing relevant, timely, and accurate financial information for financial planning, decision-making, control and risk management, and internal and external performance measurement. Works with Finance and Information Technology to design, construct, and implement financial and business processes and systems requirements globally such as a new reporting system. Develops design requirements for implementing new systems. Determines type of functionality needed in a new system (e.g., designating the business required documents in implementing a new reimbursement policy). Implements processes and tools that support efficiency initiatives. Management Level Definition: Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. Responsibilities: Manages the implementation of a system solution from beginning to end for a customer and creates a plan for testing new systems. Troubleshoots current applications and solves minor issues independently. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Interacts with internal customers, examining moderately complex issues or concerns to find a solution. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to identify the business potential of a given project. Solves moderately complex, multiple systems problems. Develops risk mitigation and fall back strategies. Generates ideas for projects. Education and Experience Required: First level university degree with a focus in finance or computer science; advanced degree preferred. Typically 4+ years of experience. Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate understanding of financial systems and processes in finance areas. Strong knowledge of Global Procurement policies, financial governance, and compliance requirements (SOW). Strong internal and external oral and written communication skills , including financial communications with stakeholders and vendors Experience driving and developing financial process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials , ensuring consistency and alignment with corporate and branding guidelines. Expert proficiency in Excel. Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis , budget planning, cost control, variance analysis, invoice validation, and reconciliations. Advanced understanding of accounting principals. Experienced in negotiating pricing, commercial terms, and conditions with professional services vendors, ensuring alignment with financial targets and cost efficiency. Strong leadership skills. Proactive, strong analytical, critical thinking and risk-focused mindset. Strong project management skills.
