Global Material Master Data Steward (supply chain / surgical portfolio) Global Material Master Data Steward (Associate II, Master Data Governance & Management) will be responsible for establishing data governance policies and managing the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data records across the supply chain. In this role a typical day will include: Primary responsibilities consist of conducting Master Data Management (MDM) operations per established global strategy across the Alcon division for assigned Franchise.  MDM operations will consist of maintaining Finished Goods and Non-Finished Goods Material Master within both SAP system and applicable legacy ERP environments, inclusive of applicable Manufacturing Master Data being activated as part of IRIS Manufacturing deployments. Perform Master Data Management daily operations and central governance of ERP Material data to ensure high degree of data accuracy, consistency and completeness.  The primary focus is to facilitate the Material Master set-up and changes in accordance with department standards and business rules during integration activities, global and regional product launches and all subsequent phases of the product life cycle. What you will bring to the role: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position SAP Material Master, Excel skills Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or Science/Engineering.  Master’s Degree preferred, Experience with Data Analysis and Data Analytics Knowledge of automation processes and tools (VBA, Power Automate, Winshuttle) will be considered an advantage.
