Job Description: Business Overview: The Marketing Division leads brand, creative, marketing, and membership as a cross-group organization with a mission to expand Rakuten Group's membership value and ecosystem of over 70 services.   We believe that the mobile domain is a platform that plays a fundamental role in the ecosystem, and as the Marketing Division, we are further promoting collaboration with Rakuten Mobile.     Department Overview: The Brand Creative Strategy Department is responsible for the development of all the creative products that customers see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business.   It has already been 3 years since we started our service, but we are constantly improving our branding area while keeping an eye on market trends (user trends). We have a wide range of ages among our team members, and we have a team environment where we can always discuss things with each other. We are a department where you can enjoy a sense of accomplishment and an environment where you can create better products one project at a time without inertia or giving up.   Position :   Why We H ire   Additional hiring to strengthen the creative area in line with the expansion of mobile business (business expansion).   Position Details   In the role of director, you will work together with designers to develop the creative products that customers will see and hold in their hands in the Rakuten Mobile business.   - Planning of sales promotion   - Create rough draft for creative products and build consensus with each team   - Schedule progress management   - Budget management   - KPI management     The creative areas we work on as a team are as follows.   - Product packaging design   - In-store promotional materials   - Advertising media   - Sponsorship of sports projects   - Store design and crew wear   - Brand items other than the above   Mandatory Qualifications :   Experience as a designer or director at an advertising agency or production company   Desired Qualifications :   Experience in in-store sales promotion and advertising communications (multiplayers will be welcomed, both offline and online)     [ id: cmorec bmd ] #marketingdiv   Languages: English (Overall - 2 - Intermediate), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
