We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon.   As a  Senior Active Directory Engineer supporting  our IT Department , you will be trusted to work on l eading the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise identity infrastructure at Mexico City . In this role, a typical day will include:   Maintaining complex Active Directory environments including multi-domain forests, trusts, replication, and domain controller placement. Designing and deployment of hybrid identity solutions integrating Azure AD, Intune, and on-prem AD. Domain Controller Management Promotion, decommissioning and health monitoring of DCs. Develop and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to support enterprise-wide security and configuration standards. Manage and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and authentication protocols. Manage and configuring Azure AD and Azure AD Connect for hybrid cloud environments.   WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience. 5+ years administering enterprise Microsoft Active Directory (5k+ users, multi-site). Hands-on experience with PKI (AD CS), certificate templates, auto-enrollment, and CRL/OCSP. Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting. Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and federation (ADFS/SSO). Solid knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Windows Server (2016+).
