■職務内容 眼科領域のリーディングカンパニーである同社のフィールドサービスエンジニアとして下記業務をご担当していただきます。 ・眼科医療機器の点検、修理、メンテナンス業務（得意先、及び社内） ※設置時の点検、年2回の定期点検、クライアント依頼に基づく点検 ・保守契約の販売業務（サービス価値の提案・保守契約獲得を積極的に推進中） ※近年、重点戦略領域として強化しており、顧客満足度向上と収益基盤の安定化に直結する重要業務です。 トレーニングを受けていただいた後、配属となります。 変更の範囲：会社の定める業務 ■担当製品 白内障手術装置、硝子体手術装置、レーザー手術装置、眼科診断装置、眼科用顕微鏡 ■当社の特徴 眼科領域は夜の手術や緊急手術がほぼないため、時間外の急な呼び出し等もなく大変働きやすい環境です。 60代の7割以上の方は白内障と言われており、今後加速する高齢化社会において、なくてはならない医療機器です。 当社の製品はグローバルでも日本国内でもトップシェアであり、製品優位性があるため、各顧客に深く入り込む関係性を築くことが可能です。 研修環境（対面研修/WEB研修/自己学習WEBコンテンツ）が充実しており、経験、知識が無い方も安心して働くことのできる職場です。 ■必須条件 ・第一種運転免許普通自動車 ■必要スキル ・コミュニケーションスキル ・問題解決能力　　 ・自己管理能力 ■尚可経験・スキル ・ヘルスケア業界での経験がある方 ・フィールドサービスエンジニアの経験がある方 ・英語 ■こんな方を求めています ・チーム全員と主体的かつ献身的に協働できる人材 ・積極的に学ぶ姿勢のある人材 ・顧客に対し誠意ある対応ができ、信頼を勝ち取れる人材    ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
