Job Description: Business Overview The Technology Management Division (TMD) provides Corporate IT, and Cyber Security & Privacy Governance to Rakuten Group companies and essential business management for technology organizations, thereby enabling innovation and strengthening the technology foundation. Within TMD, the Corporate IT Supervisory Department (CITD) drives Rakuten Group’s global corporate IT services and infrastructure. Our mission is to empower Rakuten through innovative and secure IT solutions that enhance efficiency and foster productivity. Department Overview The Corporate IT Service Department (CITSD) empowers Rakuten through innovative and secure IT solutions that drive efficiency and enhance productivity. Our service scope encompasses enterprise application management for core business functions, driving business process automation and digital transformation through our IT platform, providing comprehensive end-user support and operations, and optimizing IT processes to support a range of essential services and platforms. 　 Position: Position Details Provide and operate an AI agent development platform - Build and manage a platform for employees to easily create and deploy AI agents (citizen development). Develop and publish AI agent development guidelines - Set standards and best practices to ensure secure, ethical, and high-quality AI agent development. Offer CoE (Center of Excellence) consulting and support - Serve as an internal AI expert team, providing consulting and technical support to business units. Design, develop, and operate AI solutions for automation - Identify automation opportunities, deliver AI-powered solutions. - Evaluate and pilot the latest AI technologies (PoC), and continuously improve solution performance. Collaborate with business users to define requirements - Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver valuable AI solutions. Maintain and enhance data integration platform and strategy - Oversee data infrastructure to ensure quality, accessibility, and governance for AI deployment. Ensure AI governance, compliance, and risk management - Manage risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote responsible AI use. 　 Work Environment Number of colleagues: Approximately 30-40, including overseas locations Work atmosphere: The workplace is bright and friendly.
