This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.    We are excited for you to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals. Our domain provides rewarding work that contributes to the latest advancements being made in the missile defense industry. This position will work a rotating days and graves schedule. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Must be able to work a rotating day and graves shift. Follows established planning or procedures. Sets up and operates press cure equipment – PLC or manual controlled.  Must understand machine fault codes and related mechanical/electrical relationship as it relates to the operation of the machine.  Makes operator-controlled repairs as required.  Must pass all job-specific or specialized certification programs required for core tasks or specialized assignments. Must be willing to perform work on weekends and holidays as required. Must be willing to work overtime as required. Other duties as assigned Why you? Northrop Grumman Total Rewards   Primary Level Salary Range: $37,400.00 - $62,400.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
