Na OTIS , empresa multinacional de referência no setor da elevação, estamos a recrutar um/a SUPERVISOR DE SERVIÇO (H/M) para a zona de Viseu: As suas funções serão: Supervisionar e coordenar a equipe técnica responsável (incluindo subempreiteiros) em relação a planilhas de horas, controle de despesas, relatórios de dificuldades e monitoramento de atividades. Prestar assistência técnica e aconselhamento à equipa e clientes , seja por telefone, email ou pessoalmente. Articulação com a Direção de Obra para necessidades e ajuda técnica. Controlar as unidades da carteira através do registo em sistemas internos (SICO), bem como coordenar e monitorizar as referidas unidades. Gerir as pessoas sob seu comando, garantindo o cumprimento das políticas e processos estabelecidos pelo RH e pela formação técnica. Garantir a segurança da equipe técnica responsável e dos clientes, dar cursos de segurança, análise de riscos e realização de FPAs. Ser responsável pela comunicação interna da equipe, incluindo a preparação e realização de reuniões. Para ser bem-sucedido nesta posição, precisamos de: FORMAÇÃO : Licenciatura numa das seguintes áreas: Engenharia, Arquitectura ou Gestão (não obrigatório) EXPERIÊNCIA : Preferencialmente, pelo menos 2 anos de experiência em função similar no setor da elevação ou no setor industrial. FERRAMENTAS : Eletrônicas e digitais IDIOMAS: Valorizado nível B2 de inglês. COMPETÊNCIAS: Gestão de equipas, Orientação para resultados, Capacidade de resolução de conflitos. OUTROS : É indispensável uma carta de condução B válida.
