As the Associate Director, Global Commercial, BTK CDAC, you will lead global initiatives related to professional promotion, omnichannel planning, and market research for the BTK CDAC brand. This role will focus on building promotional strategies, campaign execution, and insight generation to prepare for competitive market dynamics. You will work closely with global and local cross-functional teams and report to the Senior Director, Global Commercial Lead, BTK CDAC. Essential Functions of the Job: Professional Promotion & Omnichannel Strategy Develop and lead global professional promotional strategy to support global launch for BTK CDAC, in alignment with brand positioning and cross-functional objectives. Serve as global omnichannel lead, shaping the vision and pull-through of multichannel customer engagement tactics Collaborate with local markets to align on core campaign content, digital execution, and promotional pull-through. Collaborate with global and local congress leads to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful representation of BTK CDAC at key conferences. Act as a liaison for insight generation, consolidating feedback across global teams and tracking shifts in the market landscape. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with other GCSO team members focused on launch strategy, operations, and communications. Partner with local marketing teams to support implementation of global promotional and competitive readiness strategies. Required Education: PhD, PharmD, MA/MS, MBA preferred; BA/BS required Qualifications: BA/BS with 8 + years of marketing experience or a MA/MS/MBA with 5+ years of marketing experience or a PhD/PharmD with 5+ years of marketing experience. Experience in global or regional markets (US, EU, or China) and launch environments is strongly preferred. Background in hematology/oncology or highly competitive therapeutic categories is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams. Prior success in competitive preparedness and market-shaping initiatives. Skilled in integrating insights from customer research, analytics, and field feedback. Excellent communication skills. Supervisory Responsibilities:   This position does not have direct reports but will require strong leadership of agency partners and cross-functional teams. Computer Skills:    PC, including MS Office Suite, MS Teams.    Travel:  Approximately 20%, including international travel. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
