Job Description:     As a GSI Sales Lead , you are accountable for the end-to-end HPE engagement with strategic Global System Integrators (GSIs) across Central Europe. You drive short-term revenue acceleration while architecting long-term, scalable alliance value , ensuring the successful adoption and growth of the entire HPE portfolio across infrastructure, software, services, and emerging technologies. You act as the single executive interface between HPE and the GSI, orchestrating cross-GBU collaboration, aligning go-to-market motions, and enabling joint success across global and regional accounts. Key Responsibilities Strategic Alliance Ownership Lead and grow strategic GSI partnerships in Central Europe with accountability for revenue, pipeline, and alliance health across the entire HPE portfolio. Develop, execute, and govern Alliance Account Plans that align global strategy with regional and country-level priorities. Drive joint business planning, prioritization, and execution across infrastructure, software, services, and consumption-based offerings. Revenue & Pipeline Management Influence HPE enterprise and global account teams to embed GSIs into customer pursuits , driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Build, qualify, and manage a comprehensive HPE opportunity funnel in collaboration with GSIs, ensuring strong pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy. Convert demand signals into joint sales motions , accelerating deal velocity and improving win rates. Cross-Functional Orchestration Act as the primary internal advocate for the GSI , representing partner interests across all HPE GBUs and sales organizations. Lead and coordinate virtual, cross-functional teams spanning sales, presales, services, finance, legal, and operations to pursue and close complex, multi-country opportunities. Establish structured cadence, governance, and performance reviews to ensure execution discipline and accountability. Market Differentiation & Innovation Drive joint value propositions, industry solutions, and go-to-market initiatives that leverage the combined strengths of HPE and the GSI. Identify emerging customer needs, industry trends, and market shifts to shape innovative, differentiated offerings . Position HPE competitively by clearly articulating portfolio value, integration capabilities, and outcome-driven solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s or University degree (MBA or equivalent preferred). Typically 8–12 years of experience in enterprise sales, partner sales, alliance management, or global account leadership. Proven experience working with Global System Integrators in complex, matrixed environments. Partner & Alliance Leadership Demonstrated success selling through and with partners , using a consultative and value-based approach. Ability to motivate, influence, and manage partner organizations to protect and expand HPE’s business. Strong leadership skills to engage and enable partner sales teams and executives. Portfolio & Industry Expertise Deep understanding of the IT industry, channel ecosystem, and competitive landscape . Strong knowledge of partner business models, operating structures, and alliance economics . Solid understanding of HPE’s portfolio, go-to-market strategies, partner segmentation, programs, and incentives , with the ability to articulate competitive differentiation and overcome objections. Business Management & Execution Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting for partner-led business. Ability to structure and drive complex, multi-country and global deals , including orchestration across GBUs and regions. Data-driven mindset with strong operational discipline.
