Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Für die QBE Europe SA/NV, Direktion für Deutschland suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für den Bereich Insurance Administration am Standort Düsseldorf und Hamburg einen Underwriting Assistant (m/w/d) Deine Aufgaben Vollumfängliche administrative Unterstützung des Bereiches der Haftpflicht- und Financial Lines Versicherung Administrative Be- und Verarbeitung von internationalen Versicherungsverträgen Eingabe sowie Pflege von Vertragsdaten und Risikoinformationen in das Bestandsführungssystem Erstellung von Versicherungsverträgen, Nachträgen, Versicherungsbestätigungen und Abrechnungen Recherche und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Berichten und Managementinformationen Selbstständige Interaktion mit unternehmensinternen Schnittstellen wie z.B. Underwriting und Finanzen Deine Qualifikationen Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann / Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen Eine berufliche Weiterbildung zum/zur Versicherungsfachwirt:in / Betriebswirt:in ist wünschenswert Vorkenntnisse in der Administration von internationalen Versicherungsverträgen und Erfahrung in gewerblichen/industriellen Versicherungen Du verfügst über eine selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen MS Office, insbesondere Excel sind dir nicht fremd Affinität für IT-Systeme und -Prozesse; du besitzt die Fähigkeit, dich in bestehende Prozesse zu integrieren und diesen zu folgen Deine Englischkenntnisse sind gut und du hast keine Scheu vor interkulturellem Austausch Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise Du magst es auf Menschen einzugehen und bist kommunikativ und empathisch Hohe Verlässlichkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe Warum QBE?
