As a Labeling Specialist supporting the GSC Vision Care Lifecycle & Artwork team, you’ll support the Regulatory Documentation Team, providing high-quality services, Collaborate with key stakeholders on the development and approval of product labeling for medical and pharmaceutical products.  Confirm labeling complies with medical, legal, and regulatory requirements by ensuring the labeling process is executed properly. In this role, a typical day will include: Prioritize and proactively drive labeling projects to completion. Address planning and scheduling conflicts with designer/production artist. Gather and evaluate all relevant information to support labeling changes for each project. Evaluate content of labeling changes and ensure processes are followed to assign appropriate reviewers, determine disposition of labeling stock, and confirm lifecycle implementation strategies. Ensure all artwork meets the appropriate labeling requirements and guidelines. Facilitate the review of product labeling with cross-functional, key stakeholders.  Closely coordinate and lead the resolution process for any issues encountered during labeling development and approval. Ensure all product labeling is processed in accordance with all applicable standards, work instructions and multi-site procedures.  Advise management of issues which could create exposure to the company and implement labeling changes with minimal financial impact What You’ll Bring to Alcon: Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in science, Business or other applicable disciplines are preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience: HS Diploma with 2 years’ direct experience Previous experience in the area, or related in supply chain, quality, regulatory affairs, or similar background preferred.
