Compensation & Benefits: Value, Recognized   Our starting pay ranges from $22.36 - $25.96 based on experience.   401(k) match up to 8%    Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one   Paid time off and holidays    Training & Education: Tuition Reimbursement   Job Description: Possibility Unpacked   As a Thermoforming Operator,   you'll   play a key role in making K-cups for Keurig coffee makers! Your responsibilities include:   Act as a safety leader and put safety first in all responsibilities   Support machine setups and line clearances - set up packing automation, help with tool changes, stage materials,   operate   a forklift   Perform quality assurance checks and   make adjustments   as needed   Communicate any defects found and replace with   good product     Use a computer program to make sure specification, labels, and materials match   Follow the packing specification to pack, wrap, and label product before using an RF scanner to scan into inventory locations    Keep the facility clean by following a 5S schedule   Attend monthly   training and   follow all GMP and PPE policies    What We Want   From   You: Lead the Pack   ⁠ We’re   looking for someone   who’s   ready to make a difference ​ You’ll   thrive here if you:   Have 3-5+ years of experience in machine operating    Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills   Computer   proficiency   and willingness to learn new systems   Bring a passion for safety, quality, and a high performing culture    What We Value    Our Core Values guide us: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Results, and Outperformance    Physical Requirements   Able to work   8-12 hour   days while walking, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and lifting    Lift up to 50lbs   Our Expectations We expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
