Dan is dit jouw kans. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider, ook wel Supervisor genoemd, ben jij de spil tussen techniek, klant en team. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van moderniseringsprojecten van liften – van planning tot oplevering. Jouw taken op een rij: Aansturen van een team van 6 monteurs en externe inleners. Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen. Zorgen voor een veilige, efficiënte en kwalitatieve uitvoering van werkzaamheden. Actief contact onderhouden met klanten en interne stakeholders. Verbeteren van processen, routeplanning en kostenmanagement. Ondersteunen bij technische vraagstukken en meedenken over offertes. Rapporteren aan de Regiodirecteur en samenwerken met werkvoorbereiding en sales. Wat bieden wij jou? Bij Otis werk je in een internationale organisatie met een familiaire sfeer. Jij hebt: Leidinggevende ervaring in een technische omgeving. Affiniteit met digitale tools en procesoptimalisatie. Een resultaatgerichte, planmatige en energieke aanpak. Bij voorkeur een woonadres in de provincies Zuid-Holland, Utrecht of Noord-Holland Ervaring in de liftsector? Dat is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must.
