Este rol contribuirá a liderar el proceso de transformación de C2C y su estabilización en la OA. Funciones: Participar en las reuniones con delegados y gestores de cobro. Asegurarse de que se siga la gobernanza acordada. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la gobernanza y compartirlas en las reuniones semanales para evaluar e implementar. Ser responsable del proceso de gestión de disputas. Garantizar que el proceso se siga en toda la compañía. Asegurar el uso correcto de los códigos de disputa. Mantener una calidad óptima en los comentarios. Realizar formaciones cuando sea necesario. Llevar a cabo reuniones mensuales con el líder de OA y delegados para reportar el progreso en las disputas y cobros Organizar reuniones con el equipo DS Asegurarse de que el equipo tenga claros sus roles y responsabilidades. Tener un buen entendimiento de los procesos de cobros, facturación, notas de crédito, cancelaciones, reembolsos, disputas, desbloqueos, conciliaciones, expedientes legales y planes de pago. Usar eficazmente herramientas de la empresa: QLIK/SIGMA, Teams, Excel, JDE, K2, PowerPoint Preparación de expedientes Jurídicos Entender los criterios para transferir un cliente a asesoría jurídica Asegurarse de que se completen la checklist de requisitos para asegurarnos un proceso consistente y sin omisiones Requisitos: Formación en ADE, Finanzas, Contabilidad o carreras afines. Al menos 4 años en gestión de cobros o puestos similares. Conocimientos de Microsoft 365, ERP, Excel, Power BI. Inglés B1 Valorable experiencia en entornos dinámicos y en empresas con alto volumen de clientes. Qué ofrecemos?
