This position will see you provide delivery of superior claims service, determining proper policy coverage to conclude, investigate, evaluate and negotiate assigned cases. Your new role The management of lodgements and repairs for Motor Claims utilising multiple claims systems and processes Maintaining positive stakeholder relationships with the insured, agents and service providers Interpreting basic policy coverage and determining if coverage applies to claims submitted Receiving, recording and processing incoming insurance claims Authorizing payment within scope of authority, settling claims in the most cost-effective manner and ensuring timely issuance of disbursements and Identifying suspicious or potentially fraudulent claims and arranging investigations.   About you Experience in a similar role within Motor Claims will be highly advantageous An individual who has mechanical or technical bike knowledge will be highly regarded Highly developed customer service, communication and negotiating skills An individual who is tech savvy and quick learner Strong organisational and time management skills Benefits   We offer a range of benefits to help provide holistic support for your work life, whatever your circumstances.
