Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und stellst sicher, dass alle Arbeiten nach höchsten Standards für   Sicherheit, Qualität und Service Excellence   ausgeführt werden. Deine Hauptaufgaben Planung & Koordination:   Organisiere die Reparaturaufträge für dein Team und dich selbst. Technische Expertise:   Führe eigenständig Reparaturen an Aufzügen und Rolltreppen durch. Sicherheitsverantwortung:   Erkenne Risiken und setze Sicherheitsprozesse konsequent um. Teamführung & Coaching:   Arbeite neue Mitarbeitende ein, überwache den Ausbildungsstand und fördere die Weiterentwicklung deines Teams. Qualitätsverbesserung:   Unterstütze bei der Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und definiere Schulungsbedarfe gemeinsam mit dem Serviceleiter. Kundenbetreuung:   Sei das Gesicht von OTIS gegenüber unseren Kunden und baue langfristige Beziehungen auf. Was du mitbringst Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Elektromechanik, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar). Erfahrung in der Reparatur von Aufzugsanlagen oder ähnlichen elektromechanischen Systemen. Führungskompetenz und Freude am Coaching „on the job“. Sicherer Umgang mit moderner Technik und Smartphone-Apps. Führerschein Kategorie B. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. Deine Stärken Organisationstalent und analytisches Denken. Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung. Proaktive Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
